Doddle's Plan tool is specifically designed to streamline the project planning process. It allows you to collaborate on ideas with your clients, propose and approve costs and assign team members to conduct the work.

In the Doddle app:

1. Click the Plan icon

2. From the project drop down, select the project you would like to plan for

3. Once the project is selected, add a new task by clicking the + in the New column

This will open the New Task window

4. Name the Task and add a Description. You can then choose a Priority Level - Urgent, Normal or High

5. Click Add to create your task, it will appear in the New column
